2.1 For Parents and Guardians

Ready, Set, Together! with Nia & Nas™ is a children’s entertainment and activity brand, but the website’s interactive and commercial features are intended for adults.

Only adults age 18 or older may:

• Create an account.
• Join the Activity Club.
• Purchase or download paid products.
• Subscribe to marketing emails.
• Submit a support request.
• Manage billing or account information.

The Activity Club is hosted on Skool. A free adult Skool account is required to join the separate paid membership. Children may not create or manage a Skool account for the Activity Club, post in the community, or submit personal information through Skool on behalf of a family.

2.2 Information We Do Not Request From Children

We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect directly from children:

• Full names.
• Email addresses.
• Passwords or account credentials.
• Exact birthdates.
• Home or school addresses.
• Telephone numbers.
• Photographs, videos, or voice recordings.
• Precise location.
• School or classroom information.
• Contacts or friend lists.
• Public comments, messages, or profile information.

The website does not offer child accounts, public profiles, chat, comments, photo uploads, video uploads, contests, or an internal social network. The Skool community is an adult-managed member space and is not a child account, child profile, or child social-networking service.

2.3 Adult-Managed Activities

Parents may browse general categories such as age ranges, activity types, skills, seasons, and characters. These selections are intended to help adults find resources and are not designed to create named or identifiable child profiles.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of downloaded materials and any viewing of linked or embedded videos. Adults should not post a child’s personal information, account credentials, exact location, school information, private records, or identifying media in the Skool community.

2.4 Videos and External Platforms

The site may embed or link to videos from the official Ready, Set, Together! YouTube channel. YouTube is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Comments are disabled on official YouTube content intended for children.

2.5 Accidental Child Submission

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Services, contact us promptly at LaQuana@AICultureNetwork.com. We will review the report and take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information.
